Pay Annual Dues

Our annual mandatory dues of $65 is invoiced in August for the following year, and provides for the following:

• Landscaping and maintenance of our Valley Stream Drive entrance, and 13 cul-de-sac islands
• Liability insurance for common areas and Association officers
• Legal fees
• Communications fees (digital and print)
• Bookkeeping fees

Late payments are assessed a $10 fee per year.

After three years of non-payment the Association may file a lien against your property for all back dues, late and legal fees.

After five years of non-payment, the Association may file a small claims suit against the property owner(s) for all back dues, late and legal fees.

The Association will not pursue foreclosure on your property for unpaid dues.
