• Bagged yard waste is collected by a private contractor on Monday.  For large branches and tree limbs, you may request the city's chipper service by calling 410-4780. 

• Trash and recyclables are collected on Wednesday.  More information on city services can be found here.

Public Schools

Children living in Indian Run Meadows are in the attendance area of the following schools within the excellent Dublin City School system: Scottish Corners Elementary, Karrer Middle School, and Coffman High School.

Shopping

Approximately one-half mile south of Indian Run Meadows lie two large shopping centers on either side of Avery-Muirfield Road.  Anchored by Kroger and Giant Eagle grocery stores, these centers are home to numerous restaurants, banks, and shops.

The Mall at Tuttle Crossing is less than ten minutes from Indian Run Meadows, the first exit south on I-270.  The expansive Sawmill Road shopping area is about ten minutes away, with numerous shopping centers and restaurants.  The largest mall in Ohio, Polaris Fashion Place is about 20 minutes away.

Highways

The entrance to Routes 161/33 is approximately one mile south of Indian Run Meadows.  To the west, this limited access freeway leads to Marysville and beyond.  One mile to the east, is the junction with Interstate 270, the outerbelt around Columbus. Inside I-270, Rts 161/33 turn into Bridge Street through historic Dublin.  Downtown Columbus, and Port Columbus International Airport are approximately 25 minute drives.

Recreation Center

Just a mile east of Indian Run Meadows, is the award-winning Dublin Community Recreation Center.  The DCRC provides year-round swimming, aerobic and other activities.  It's home to a community theatre, swimming lessons, and is adjacent to Coffman Park, home of the yearly Dublin Irish Festival.  Please visit the DCRC website for more information on fees and a calendar of events.

Community Pools

In 2004, Dublin added a second outdoor community pool.  Dublin Community Pool North is at 5660 Dublinshire drive, about a mile north of Indian Run Meadows.  It offers a wading pool, covered terrace, and separate spray-fountain area.  

The new pool is Dublin Community Pool South and lies two miles south of Indian Run Meadows, at 6363 Woerner Temple Road.  It features a spray-fountain area and provides zero-depth entry to the leisure pool.  It also has a separate lap pool.  More information on fees and hours can be found here.

Hospitals

Ohio Health's Dublin Methodist Hospital, a 94 bed facility with emergency room opened in January, 2008.  This new hospital is less than a mile from Indian Run Meadows.  

There are also two urgent care clinics nearby, Children's Close to Home HeathCare Center and America's Urgent Care.
